1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) only.
2. Pricing and Currency: All prices displayed at the checkout page are shown in AED and will be the same as those printed on the transaction receipt. The final amount charged to your card will appear in your card’s billing currency.
3. Restricted Transactions: We do not trade with or provide services to individuals or entities located in OFAC-sanctioned countries.
4. Transaction Records: Cardholders are advised to retain a copy of their transaction records, along with the policies and terms of www.timber.me, for future reference.
5. Privacy and Security: All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.
www.timber.me will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

6. Payment Confirmation: Once payment is successfully completed, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of the transaction.
7. Cancellation Policy: If a customer chooses to cancel their subscription, they will not be charged for any future billing cycles. The customer will continue to have access to the services until the current subscription period ends. No refunds will be issued for any remaining duration after cancellation.
